🏝️Matamoros Dr Exterior Remodel

💍This exterior facelift on Pensacola Beach was completed just in time to host a family wedding!

We removed and replaced all exterior siding with @jameshardie lap. The fresh coat of paint, @sherwinwilliams Reflection, and new materials completley brought it back to life!

🙌🏼Even better? The existing deck was not meeting visual or structural expectations. We demoed the entire deck down to its columns. With some reengineering, two new staircases, new hand rails, and replacing of material with @trexcompany decking, this project was a huge success!

We loved working with this family and helping them get their home ready for such a special occasion! No job is too small to bring your vision to life.

We’d like to formally introduce you to Alex Ball, Superintendent…

Alex began working for Homewood Construction, as our Superintendent, in October 2023. It became apparent very quickly that his skills, work ethic, and customer service were going to be irreplaceable on our team. This still holds true today as Alex is an integral part of every step of executing our projects - New Construction, Remodels and Additions.

Alex is a native of Gulf Breeze and currently resides in Pace with his wife, Liz, and two sons, Beau and Brodie. He has 12 years of previous experience as Head Foreman of a landscaping business in Gulf Breeze, and has brought skills of effective communication, time management, and hard work to his new position, Alex’s hobbies include spending time with his family, working in the yard, watching sports, and golfing. He is also an avid Alabama fan - Roll Tide!🐘

Functionality and fabulous design. Our customer desired to complete her attic and include an exterior staircase to add extra living space and accessibility. There were many factors that made this project demanding and exciting, and the outcome added character and equity to our customer’s existing home!

👏🏼We are so excited to show you this custom home in Navarre that quickly became one of our favorite projects. Sitting on 5 acres, this home includes custom cabinets, a 1500 SF detached shop, large porches, a covered patio, and the most beautiful brick pavers.

🌳But, do you want to know our favorite design aspect? We worked diligently to place the front door of this home directly in between two massive oak trees on this property for the most breathtaking view. It was such a pleasure getting to know our customers and making their dreams a reality!

Moving rightttt along with this custom in 📍Gulf Breeze Proper. We decided to waterproof this build before starting stucco to increase structural integrity, prevent mold and mildew, and add overall value to the home. Plumbing, HVAC, and Windows are on the horizon before we can begin roofing, insulation, and drywall. Our customer has the most beautiful design, ready for execution, to make this Homewood Construction house their HOME!

Adding on to an existing home, while our customers lived under roof AND welcomed a new addition to their family, was nothing short of our biggest challenge to date. We brought their dreams to life and gave them more room to enjoy their growing family!

We’ve just completed this wonderful outdoor addition for our customer in 📍Gulf Breeze! Their new pool house is 500 SF, has a full bar area with a grill and granite countertops, and includes a full bathroom. We are so pleased with the outcome of this project, and we think it absolutely completes their outdoor space!

This project has been one of the most challenging to date - a full remodel of a 5000+ SF family home in Plantation Hills. We remodeled 6 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, and 5 bedrooms, included a home gym, theatre room, and office, and extended a butler pantry into the existing garage. Ten pictures does not do justice to the amazing selections and finishes by our customers. We are grateful to have executed their vision for their forever home!

🤔Our customers wanted to take this space under the staircase and make it functional. Well, let’s just say we made that happen in the BEST way!

🍷This temperature controlled Wine Cellar has fully insulated glass to keep 100 bottles of wine at the perfect temperature. How can it get better than that? Let’s add tongue and groove ceilings and brick paver flooring. We will never get over the execution of this design!

🛠️We started with removing an entire wall to give our customers the open concept kitchen of their dreams. However, that’s not the most unforgettable part of this remodel - the 15 foot island is absolutely one of a kind! Quartz countertops make this design complete, and we could not be more pleased with the final results!
